A sizeable market with strong adoption and knowledge levels

France has a reasonably sized installed base of printers and, along with Germany and the UK, is one of the larger European markets.

Adoption rates are in line with global averages and are on the whole towards the upper end of these averages.

The French market contains a fairly significant number of people who characterise their knowledge as expert or advanced and this confidence is reflected in a fairly optimistic/positive view of the future potential of 3D printing.

Ranked 4th in the 3D Printing Sentiment Index in 2019, the country’s optimistic outlook for the technology looks set to maintain its position in future.
